Hospital Admission

Two patients limp into two different medical clinics with the same complaint. Both have trouble walking and appear to require a hip replacement.
The FIRST patient is examined within the hour, is x-rayed the same day and has a time booked for surgery the following week.
The SECOND sees his family doctor after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment, then waits 8 weeks to see a specialist, then gets an x-ray, which isn’t reviewed for another week and finally has his surgery scheduled for a month from then. Why the different treatment for the two patients?
The FIRST is a Golden Retriever. The SECOND is a Senior Citizen.

David Mortari the famous “Puppy Killer” speaks out.
There is absolutley no excuse for what he did. I don’t care if he did it while in the military service or as a US citizen. The point is ANYBODY who abuses animals as far as we are concerned are an open target for the media and anyone else who wants to make the situation public. Sex offenders have to wear pink and orange in some states, in other states they have to put bumper stickers on their cars saying, “I am a registered sex offender”, some have to posts signs near their house.
Animal abusers gave up their rights to a private life when they commit acts of abuse.

Where was I when this brilliant TV show aired in 2002? I was just recently told about this show from a dear friend and so I made a mad dash to Amazon.com and bought the series. I noticed all the thousands and thousands of of comments left in the positive. Now I know why! I have only watched the first episode titled, “Serenity” and I can’t wait to watch the rest, however I already know that I am going to be really pissed when I start having withdrawals from lack of new shows.
